Privacy Policy

We collect only what the portal needs to function and to keep confidential materials secure:

• Account details you provide — name, email, firm, title, and the information in your access request.
• Authentication data — a hashed password and, where enabled, multi-factor settings. We never store your password in readable form.
• Activity records — documents viewed or downloaded, NDA and agreement actions, messages, sign-in times, and the IP address of a session. These form the audit trail the portal is built around.

We use this information to grant and scope your access, to serve and watermark documents, to communicate with you about the opportunity, to maintain a complete audit trail, and to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the materials. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel of Your Resource Consultants Inc. and its professional advisors (such as counsel) who need it to manage the process. We use a small number of service providers to run the portal — for hosting, encrypted file storage, transactional email, and video meetings — and share only what those services require. We may disclose information where required by law.

Materials are stored encrypted and served only through permission-checked, access-logged routes; the portal uses role-based access control, per-document permissions, and signed, expiring links. We retain account and audit records for as long as your access is active and as needed for legal and record-keeping purposes, then delete or de-identify them.
