Your credentials are personal to you; do not share them or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

All materials in the portal are confidential. You may use them solely to evaluate a potential transaction with the company, and you may not copy, forward, publish, or disclose them except as permitted by a signed non-disclosure agreement. Some materials require an executed NDA before access. Documents may be watermarked and every access is logged.

The portal and its materials are for information only. They are not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and they are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The portal, its software, and its content are owned by Your Resource Consultants Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited evaluation use above, no rights are granted to you. You may not probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the portal's access controls.

The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Resource Consultants Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.
